We operate from a faith-based perspective rooted in Christian values: God is love, we walk by faith and not by sight, and He is able to do abundantly more than we can ask or think.

3. Faith-Based Content

Our programs, messaging, and materials may include references to Scripture, prayer, and Biblical principles.
Participation is open to all backgrounds; however, by engaging with our content, you acknowledge and understand that it is presented through a Christian worldview and that faith expressions are an intentional and integral part of the Wise Way to Wealth™ brand.

4. Program Access & Ownership

All digital materials, videos, training modules, templates, and frameworks are the property of Wise Way to Wealth™ and are protected by copyright law.
You are granted a non-transferable license for personal use only. Reproduction, resale, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Refund Policy

Because our digital programs and coaching experiences begin immediately upon enrollment and contain proprietary materials, all sales are final.
We are fully committed to your satisfaction and success. If you experience challenges implementing the system, our team will provide additional coaching, troubleshooting, and optimization support to help you reach measurable results.
This Satisfaction Commitment ensures that no student is left behind or unsupported once enrolled.

6. Earnings Disclaimer

Wise Way to Wealth™ is designed to equip you with skills, systems, and proven strategies. However, your results depend on your commitment, consistency, and stewardship.
We make no guarantees of specific income outcomes. Past performance of other clients does not guarantee future results.
All financial decisions you make as a result of our programs are your responsibility.

7. Faith and Stewardship Commitment

We believe wealth is a tool for generosity, service, and Kingdom impact—not self-promotion or greed.
Participants are encouraged to approach all business and financial growth through prayer, integrity, and stewardship aligned with Biblical principles.

8. Code of Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, supportive environment in our community spaces.
Disrespectful, abusive, or divisive behavior toward staff, members, or other participants will result in removal from all programs and communities without refund.

9. Technology & Access Requirements

Participants must have reliable internet access and basic familiarity with email, web browsers, and online communication tools.
We provide tech support for our core system components but are not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected through our website or programs will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including logos, branding, course materials, and systems (such as the Wise Way Method™ and Legacy Launchpad™), are proprietary to Wise Way to Wealth™.
You may not reproduce, share, or use them outside your licensed access without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wise Way to Wealth™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

14. U.S. Federal Government End Use Provisions

If you are a U.S. Federal Government end user, our Services are provided as “Commercial Items” as defined under applicable U.S. regulations.
Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S. Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in this agreement and governed by applicable federal acquisition regulations.

These Terms may have been translated into other languages for convenience. In the event of a dispute or inconsistency, the English-language version shall prevail and be considered the authoritative version of these Terms.
